Quick Points:
Club meets on the second Friday of the month
The meeting is Hybrid (in person and Zoom)
Meetings are held at the Bedford High School Library at 7 p.m.
What does a Club meeting look like?
Our club meetings offer a hybrid option where attendees can participate in in-person or through Zoom. The duration of these meetings is typically around 90 minutes, and we serve coffee and homemade baked goods before the session begins. We start the discussion by reciting the pledge of allegiance and then discussing our minutes, membership, and particular area updates. We address any old business from the previous meeting and then discuss new items.
We usually have a guest speaker, via Zoom or in person, discuss various topics in and around the Ham Radio Hobby.
We then conclude the meeting and socialize before we finish the evening.
You can find directions to one of our meetings below.
What other activities does the club do?
Our club is highly engaged in various activities. We have previously organized group kit buys for those interested in kit building. Additionally, we actively participate in the Parks on the Air Program and welcome new members to join us. Apart from our regular club meetings, we organize social events at public restaurants or our club members' barns. We host electronic build projects and enjoy conducting Fox Hunts and group trips to local ham fests. We aim to foster a dynamic and diverse community of individuals who share a passion for Ham Radio and communication.
