New Membership: Payment Made Cash or Check

To make payment via Cash or Check, please follow:

  • When writing a check, please address it to “Granite State Amateur Radio Association.”

  • If you're applying for an Individual Membership, place your Call Sign in the Memo Field with the word “individual”.

  • If you are applying for a Family Membership, put the callsign of the Primary Member and include the word “Family”. List all other family callsigns on the Registration form.

  • Please fill out the entire form and include it in your payment.

  • Membership fees will apply to the current year if submitted outside the renewal window.

  • If you want to pay your membership fees in advance (future years), we can only process those via debit/Credit Card.

  • Any checks returned by the bank will incur a $35 fee. Membership won't be active until all fees are paid.

Submitting your New Membership

Steps:

Please follow these three steps so we can process your membership. If any of them are missed, it will delay your status.

  1. Please download the membership form, fill it out in its entirety, and print it. You will include this with your payment.

  1. Use the form below to notify the Membership Coordinator that payment will be sent in the mail.

  2. Once your payment is received, the Membership Coordinator will send a welcome email with all the club details and other membership information.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please be aware that the email will be sent from the current club's email domain (gsara.org). Kindly ensure that you check your spam folder and add the gsara.org domain to your address book to avoid missing any important messages.

  • All payments should be sent to Granite State ARA 11 Wildflower Way, Milford, NH 03055. We try to check the mailbox frequently, but we are a volunteer-based club and appreciate your patience.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but currently, we only accept “advanced/future” membership payments via Credit/Debit card as it allows for quick tracking and auditing. However, we are actively working towards providing more payment options in the future.

  • To provide feedback or inquire about membership, you have two options. You can utilize the comment form on our website and select the membership option from the download list. Alternatively, you may contact the membership coordinator via email on our website.
