Important Information about Testing!

The GSARA VE Team plans to have an Exam Session on October 21, 2023, at the Bedford Safety Center at 55 Constitution Dr, Bedford, NH 03110.

Please let us know in the comments if you need handicapped access so we can accommodate you on the morning of the test.

We will be limited to 20 candidates in total for the test session. Retest or upgrade testing will be allowed.
Candidates must pre-register.  Candidates must download and bring a completed form NCVEC 605 (pdf form on ARRL site) to the exam and the required identification. No walk-ins will be accepted. Candidates must get a copy of their license if upgrading and any current.
CSCE for earned credit. Candidates are required to provide their own masks, pencils, and pens.
Hand sanitizer will be available.

Standard exam booklets will be used.​
All exam materials for ARRL/VEC submission will be scanned or imaged and sent to
ARRL digitally in PDF format.  CSCE forms will be digitally signed and sent to the candidate as a PDF.

Any exam materials retained by GSARA will be reprinted from digital files after
scanning.
